I'll go so far as to get medium-well; Ruth Kriss(sp?) does a good job with those types.

However, if it was my way, I'd have them bring the cow and a chainsaw to me so I can cut off the piece I want so I could put it directly on my plate. That, and extra bread to sop up the excess blood, YUM.
