To all A-10 folks I met at HawgSmoke2004,I send a big Hello from South Ga. I made it home OK with little to no hold ups. Ran through a bit of rain, but none real hard. 11 hour drive, really took it's toll on the body.Wore my H/S T-sthrt to a eating place in Valdosta last nite, and had to answer amillion questions from student pilots from out at Moody AFB.that were there. After being away from England AFB, and the A-10 for 26 years, the time I spent talking to everyone meant a whole lot to me. Thank you all. Richard Ray USAF Ret

I think I'll be down in Valdosta this weekend...I wish I could have made it to Hogsmoke this year...would have been nice to see Dice (hopefully I'll make it up his way on the IG team for the LSET this august). I will make the next hogsmoke...even if I have to walk...lol...

RayBoy, glad to see you made it home OK. It was realy nice to meet ya at HS and have a "guide" to the old base. I will have my HS report up this weekend sometime.
