I don't like the idea that some of the people riding with me on an airliner are not checked out because of "privacy" concerns. Simultaneously, I don't like that there are middle aged executives and grandmothers that are being cavity searched in order to appear "fair and balanced". I have a personal sad experience that involves my being prevented from accompanying my dying mother to the departure gate for her last plane ride. They are trying to get a better system going, but nobody is satisfied. If you're a stickler for "privacy" then do what I do, don't fly. Let's not get angry at each other over differences of opinion regarding security measures. The problem is Islamic terror criminals. They must be eliminated. I am very close to saying I don't care how they are eliminated. Last week some suspect in the Chechnean school murders had a "heart attack" while in custody. What a shame. Bad luck. I see the Russians still have sub par medical care<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>. They ought to do something about that. Maybe John Kerry or Ted Kennedy have some ideas.
