Anyways..Armour has a new A-10 comming out in June...here is the pic from the box...I'll have mine on order tomorrow when I get payed...

that kind of blows they are doing the old paint schemes. I would like to see more of today's units done by them.

I have SP and EL

But, you <u>did </u> pre-order, right?<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

So, you have trouble. We all have trouble. Build a bridge and get over it.

if that tail number is 80-0271 then the markings are incorrect and the nose art is iincorrect. 80-0271 was at woodbridge during the gulf (I crewed it 88-89), and I am almost positive that woodbridge birds didnt go to the gulf war (desert storm), If memory serves me right, that nose art was on a myrtle beach acft, I do believe falcon section (355th),

The latest two models have the lower MLG doors the correct way too...that was my main "dislike" when I got my first couple...having the doors "reversed" so to speak...

prkiii, where did you order it in advance from? Online? I love building models, but there's no hobby shops here in Aaska, and the BX's selection is...well...typical BX selection. I had a great one of an A-10 I did at Pope, I even painted teeth on it, I had all the details down, it was great. I even saftey wired it from the corner of the ceiling so it looked like it was in flight, but I had to leave it when I left for Osan. It must be fate me working the A-10- when I was on leave a while back, I found the very first model I ever built (out of like over 100 I did before I joined) it my parent attic and it was an A-10! (and man did it look like a 10 year old put it together).

JUST DONT DO A "DUMBASS" LIKE I DID,THERE'S TO OF THOSE SHOPS,ONE HERE IN USA AND ONE IN THE UK SO MAKE SURE ITS THE USA ONE.
I ENDED UP WITH 2 A-10'S 1 FROM THE UK AND THE OTHER FROM HERE.,ABOUT $20.00 DIFFERANCE IN PRICE DUE TO SHIPPING FROM THE UK.
I TRIED TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE BUT,YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY A-10'S.

I've got two of the Model Power A-10s, the Flying Tiger and one in Lizard Green. They are on my desk at work. Nice models, good detail.

Cheers! M2
