That is Just a Complete Replacement Engine/Nacelle. It came off one of the Mothballed Jets in storage. IT would Be/has been painted to the Ghost livery since.

If that is the same jet from Kosovo, its crew chief is now with us at Barnes. A couple years after that day, the pilot wrote him a real nice complimentary letter. The unit presented it to him at commanders call one day during drill. I amost wept...........NOT ! But it was a real touching letter.
