Be that as it may, I have moved on with my life and really do not spend much time on the net anymore, unless it is work related. I have talked to a few of you on the phone recently, and am pleased that you all are doing well, those who are struggling with various things, I know in the end your strength and courage will prove to be vindication for the warrior that you are. I still think the Raiders have no chance next year, lol...Those I have managed to piss off over the years...It was never intentional, I am just an emotional guy. LoL I'm not crazy, just a little unwell... Either way the last 7 years (has it been that long) have been an up and down ride to say the least, but I am glad to have known you.

WT30, your views are not as unpopular as you think...The prevailing liberal attitude of many places in this country notwithstanding, I think you will find as things begin to transpire that you are in the not so silent majority.

Thanks, Chad. Atter 12 years active my life's changed a lot too. I don't come around here much anymore either. Too much other stuff going on. Sounds like you, Mudd, and I are all throttling back a bit.

That's the problem with modern life - way to many acronyms..!

The military has got to be the worst, always remember doing some work on a naval base in Scotland and some big cheese stomped up to me and asked/shouted (same thing in the military) "Who's IC?"

Also read a document and somebodies job title had 16 letters and 2 numbers in it...

And then's there's IT, my ballgame, which run the military a close race for the wanton use of acronyms.

So you can imagine what it was like doing IT work for the military - a freakin nightmare...

Krav Maga truly is something amazing to do. I've learned only the basics, but I now know how to incapacitate somebody using my gun, without bullets. Just one swipe in the proper direction with the proper force, and he's out cold, if not dead

Do tell, especially if it's somewhere other than the throat, temple, or back of the head. Probably a few other places that pistol whipping will <i>really</i> put a hurt on someone, but I can't think of them at the moment.

Well, thrusting the barrel towarsd the throat will kill, so will butt to the back of the head. The coolest though, is sending the butt to a certain part of the chest which will render someone unconscious, if not dead. I also know how to repel a knife thrust with the gun

Ju-jitsu has some very effective moves for that.

Don't doubt it, but they try not to confuse us, so they stick to one fighting technique. A close friend of mine is third place in Israel for his weight group, and has already held first place twice.
