Gave one of the "old" patches to Col. Scott "Salty" Adams, which he considered , but then realized he was past the curve for getting to fly the "C" model. Getting old and promoted to desk flying must be hell.

Dice

Seen this?

That's the problem with getting patches made up in Korea...I notice that's the original design.

Cheers! M2

Well, if they show a scan of the back, I bet it won't have a # and JH on it!

Dice, if you have copyrights to this patch, contact Ebay. You will have to register, but I just followed a few threads where an Ebay users was selling "back up" copies of payware aircraft with copies of MS2004.

Alphasim, Aerosoft, Lago and some others. A bunch of us contacted Ebay about this. This guy was taken down, but any info can only be given by the owner of the product.

If you own the rights to this, then you can contact them.

He's in the US, Colorado. He has loads of positive feedback, but looking at it, I wonder if he has multiple accounts and just buys back and forth?

I don't have the time right now, my daughters birthday is tomorrow and I leave for a week TDY to AMARC Sunday. If he's selling more when I get back I may contact Ebay.

Dutchy, thanks and she will be 15. I will get back to you after my trip and see how much it will cost to ship you a patch.

TG/Dice

First and foremost, happy birthday to your daughter, Dice!

Secondly, first you have to find out what agreement you and/or Tiny Giant had with New Embroidery when you had them make up the first batch of patches. I am pretty sure that is where RangerJones got these, I know him from eBay and know he makes a lot of trips to Korea (I think he is a MP and a cop in his civilian job). You may also want to email him, but most likely he picked them up in the numerous bins at the shop outside the gate at Osan. Plus, unless he is manufacturing them himself (which I seriously doubt), then I believe there is no copyright infringement with him selling them on eBay if he acquired them legally. It would be no different than anyone else selling one of theirs (a totally hypothetical situation, I would never sell any of mine and don't know why anyone else would either).

Just before you go raising a ruckus via eBay, you may want to check into this first yourself.

Cheers! M2
