The only one I have ever used is the one provided with ICQ. Its free and seemed to work ok.

WS FTPPro costs around 30 - 40 dollars,

CuteFTP - Not sure what it cost but when I picked up my copy it was free.

CuteFTP is as good as you need and I think it's still free.

The CLI isn't too bad either, but I grew up with UNIX which makes me weird...
