I don't know what the red is. It is moslty under the letters "th" after 19th or under the "e" of WE. And under a O and A.
Do the squadron have some red triangles on the tails of planes? Is it in the colourscheme of the squadron?

Off topic: It is diffucult to get one of these.

I can only guess it symbolizes the Desired Mean Point of Impact (DMPI), a targeting icon indicating where the munition optimally should be placed...

Just a WAG.

Not if your in Korea. I had a whole mess of patches made for myself and majormadmax while I was over there.

Okay, but I live in Europe. Korea patches are diffecult to get.
