I am in the process of deciding which college to go to and if i should do AFROTC or NROTC. Don't know if I want to be a Marine or Air Force Pilot. All i know is that i want to fly CAS. But I need to know which brach i will have the greatest chance in becomming a pilot. I need help! All i know is that i love the Hawg and dare i say the harrier. I just need help to figure out which is the best place to fly.

Welcome, futurewo! While I was in Afghanistan, we had Hawgs and Harriers. When the Harrier deployment ended, only 4 of them were able to fly out on their own- the rest were crated. The A-10's are still there. You decide.

Come on 30MM, that's not fair.

You know the Harrier's British, it only flies properly when it's raining and 12 degrees.

It has nothing to do with age. We still have not went to the metric system here. By the way are you old enough to remember the 1/2pence?

Fender, unfortunately yes...

I also remember the little chew sweets you used to be able to get for a 1/2 penny. "Fruit Salads" and "Black Jacks"

They seemed to be considered one of the five major food groups at school.

My wife likes the candies called chewing nuts. Choclate covered caramel shaped like a peanut. Every time we go back to England its off to the sweet shop for those and other sweet treats. I myself perfer going to the pub for a pint or three.
