I read in the Navy Times that the DOD is making changes to the procedures for recalling Military retirees to active duty.

They say it is a routine review, but I do not think they would be putting effort into something that they are not thinking about using.

It will not affect me for at least 13 more years, but it makes me wonder about the Army especially.
