Imgin this according to fema I was wrong to spend money on my light bill out of the rental assistance. According to FEMA I can rent an apartment but cannot pay the light bill also have to beg for the money from a church. I HATE THE GOVERNMENT.

I didnt think there were any plasma tv's left down there since they all got looted (stolen) right after the storm?

man i am tired it is getting better now they say they need the name and phone number of my landlord but it is on my is on the lease but that is not good enough they can not read it on the paper work. I gotta write it on another sheet of paper and refax.
