A 45 has a muzzle.
A 9mm has a bullet vent.

I wish I knew where all my pics of Israel were. burried upstares in the attic for sure. I have a couple pics of me and some of our buddies posing with IDF ladies in uniform. Very very nice.

Ah, Khayalot (female soldiers). Nothing offers the weary soldier more hope and more despair. Hope because they are in abundance, and you happen to already have alot in common, so theres no shortage of things to talk about. Plus, if she's on the same base, it's a bonus. Despair because unfortunately, 98% of the pretty ones get to go home every day and they want nothing to do with someone who closes 16 days on base and is home for 5 days. Of the girls who don't go home every day, there are those who go home every Wednesday or Thursday and are the same story, and there the ugly ones, who seem to make up the majority. And I'm sorry, but these are the girls who you wouldn't even do drunk after a month and half on base.

As for the sandals thing, female soldiers as a general rule were not required to wear army boots. They would buy black footwear and the army would reimburse them, within a reasonable price range.

And of course...I don't drink.

I had seen that one Khayalot, kn Maya in person twice. And maybe, just maybe I'll see her again, preferably over the summer...and get a photo of her as proof. Even if it's a highly debatable photo like those of Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster.

Two photos maybe, if she would also agree to go along with that as a joke. So one good one is on my wish list..and one for online that I'll intentionally blur the hell out of. <img src=newicons/anim_lol.gif border=0 align=middle>

Correct me if i'm wrong BR, but i'm not interpreting that as praise for the work ethic of the ladies or of their positive impact on the men's morale...

LOL. ;)

Hell, they're nice to look at, and if you're in the right guard tower you can see into their quarters, but it just ain't the same...
