I count 3 photo's <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> I think one extra for the fun. Thanks for it. Also next week to Belgium, Warthopg64?

Engineguy, about Soesterberg. They have a museum with old (American) planes. Few years from now they want to get the whole museum on the airbase Soesterberg. So they have room to place every plane on the museum.
Maybe you like (and others) this little story about the 32nd.

Dutchy,

Here's a couple of Soesterberg sites to check out. One is done by one of your fellow countrymen.

Where did you get that sticker warthopg64? Or is it homemade?

Thanks for the links Engineguy, I saw them late last night. So I have to take a better look. Most people that I know and around mine age missed the 32nd.

Those were the days...when the camouflage was only used to keep the pilot safe and the jet undetected and was specific to its theater.

That version was almost invisible at low altitude in Europe! Then we went to putting squadron colors, tail stripes, project warrior emplems, etc.

Look at the difference between the three pictures and you see the evolution of TAC as it migrated across the Atlantic.

646 was a 510 TFS jet when I was there. It had the same number of hours I did the first time I flew it...100

Coach I remember Project Warrior markings. That was a long time ago.
