Cheesehead, I'll have to stand with Coach on this one. It's not my intention to pick your post apart with one exception; the OIF statement was neither fair nor accurate. This is not the forum to discuss why you didn't hear a lot about those units during OIF but I'll tell you they were there, they played and they played hard.
Mediocrity was the topic and it remains so. Phase times can be meaningless depending on the product that rolls out the door. FMC rates are nothing but a number that, like any number, can be manipulated and anyone that's been around for a while can do it. I don't think anyone questioned maintenance practices but rather whether or not the unit actively and aggresively pursues things that, with some forward thinking, can be adapted. As an example, look on station 9. That's a direct result of units being leaders, not followers. There are other things going on with this airframe that I think in six months time will impress a lot of people including LockMart, who will be left scrambling to figure out how to get the same capability out of their multi million dollar PE jets. Sorry to be cryptic but this is a public forum.
Ft Smith, I'll re-emphasize my previous statement. This is an opportunity to stand out. Unlike the Viper world, the world of the Hawg is small. Carpe Diem Arkansas, don't let it pass you by.

I think Kungfu and I have a few things to add, but I think it would be in our best interest to probably leave this off the forum. I really hate to get Mr. Cheesehead all fired up and spout off anymore senseless BS.
