I called the Credit Card company to check on a offer they released at the sametime I got "Stuck with buying my new HVAC system"
I called them because when I made the purchase ($6200)<img src=newicons/anim_shock.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/spit.gif border=0 align=middle>
Right after I charged it that morning I got in the mail a deal for
"2.99% fixed rate if I use these checks"
So I called the folks who installed it ,and it had already gone thru, so I called to see if I could get the 2.99% since I didnt get the checks before I charged.

Finally They cut me off.
Called again but this time I just pressed "0" off the bat.
"Your call is being transferred" Cool!
Waiting,waiting,waiting,waiting, 15 mins,
Then I get the Operator,She ask how can I direct your call?
I need to talk to Customer services please
Ok one moment
waiting waiting waiting, then I hear the ringing.

So after 30 mins I just hit a number ,was told that they couldnt help me in that department,but they'll transfer me,
I finally after 40 mins I got Customer Services.
Verify all your info etc.......
"How can I help you?" I told them what happened,and asked if I could get the "2.99%" ? They said
"Well did you use the special checks"?
No, I just told you I got them right after I charged it.
"Let me talk to my supervisor"
waiting waiting waiting------------
"Sir that was a special promotion good for only a short time"
I asked then
"When did it start?"
She answered "on the 15th of Oct." I said when did you send out the checks? "Let me check"
"Oct 17th" she replied.
I said "Well I did it on the 19th,they came later on that day,you tell me give payment sent by mail "7-10 days" so you started the deal on the 15th mailed them out on the 17th and their only good until Oct 31st so really I could of not gotten them until the 27th thru the 30th" going by what you tell me".They could of been only good for 3 days.
Long pause "Well Sir yes your right but you had to use the checks"

and have a nice day to her.
Got her supervisor went thru the whole thing again.
"Sir I can see your point,but you had to use the checks but I'll send it up the Line to another Department to look at in your case"
So I'm waiting for a phone they promised I would get within 2-3 buisness days from the "Folks who can make that Determination"
So it took 1hr 25 mins to get to this point and its Day4 now.<img src=newicons/madani.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=newicons/anim_furious.gif border=0 align=middle>
Guess what I'll be doing Monday?
